Beyond the classroom, our studio culture is built on leadership, encouragement and community.
Through our Dance Step Program and Student Leader opportunities, students are encouraged to grow not only as performers, but also as positive role models within the studio.
Our Dance Step students play an important part in creating the supportive and welcoming environment that PCDA is known for.
From assisting in classes and helping younger students feel comfortable, to supporting events and cheering on their teammates, they learn the value of kindness, responsibility, teamwork and leadership.
These opportunities allow students to build confidence, communication skills and independence while developing important life skills that extend far beyond dance and acro.
We are passionate about creating an environment where students feel empowered to lead, inspire others and make a positive impact within our studio community.
